Reconstruction of gas cleaning station

Within the project for the “Reconstruction of the gas cleaning station at the oxygen converter steel works“ at Třinecké železárny, a.s., AUTEL, a.s. were awarded the project for the complete solution for supplying the gas cleaning station and the control of the high-voltage converter at the voltage level of 6 kV.

After several revisions and intense technical-sales negotiations concluded by electronic auction, the selection commission confirmed our company had won. The price of the project is approximately 38 million CZK and comprises the solution for the high-voltage section of the gas cleaning station and the application of four high-voltage converters and the Rockwell soft-starter for the control of two 2.4 MW exhauster engines for the gas cleaning station at a voltage level of 6 kV.

AUTEL provides long-term control of engines by using high-voltage converters and ensures the efficiency of such a solution to our clients. The newly won project is the first signs of success following the effort expended when managing high-voltage converter technology.

The project will be implemented in the technically difficult environment of the oxygen converter steel works in two stages. Due to the skills of the steel works employees and the professional knowledge of our implementation team, we will be able to implement a project that presents a great challenge to our company because it concerns the technically demanding application of high-voltage converters and the implementation of the reference project.

Within the mentioned project, our company was also appointed to prepare the project documentation for the low-voltage de-dusting section implemented by VAI, and the boiler part implemented by Fichtner Energy.
