The company AUTEL was awarded a Doosan Škoda Power Excellent Supplier for its services in 2014. The title “Excellent Supplier“ was awarded for excellent results in the quality of deliveries and services and keeping to delivery dates and project costs.

2013

The company celebrated the 20th anniversary of its foundation and the 5th anniversary of foundation of its subsidiary AUTEL Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

2012

The company AUTEL, a.s. became a member of the group called VAE CONTROLS Group, a.s. VAE CONTROLS Group is the parent company of the group of companies that use their synergistic activities to comprehensively provide the development, manufacture and supplies of a wide range of activities in the petrochemical, chemical, water processing, power and metallurgical industries. The group has 550 employees in total and reaches the turnover of 60 million €.

The company defines its customer orientation. For the new millennium, AUTEL, a.s. introduces its new logo and vision and value – “meeting individual customer requirements, transparency, respectability, reliability and professionalism”. The company also focused on the application of intelligent technologies with a shift towards information technologies.

1998

Substantial increase in the number of projects carried out by AUTEL, a.s. for customers abroad.

1997

The company enlarges its market by introducing production planning and controlling systems (MES – Manufacturing Executive Systems).

1996

The company undergoes certification audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Relocated from rented premises to its own facilities. The second subsidiary company AUTEL – Slovakia, s.r.o. is established in Bánská Bystrica as a commercial representative of AUTEL for Slovak market. AUTEL, s.r.o.(Ltd.) tranformed into AUTEL, a.s.(joint stock company).

1994

The company AUTEL,s.r.o. sets up its subsidiary company AUTEL-montáže,s.r.o. in Třinec focused on switch gear and panel building for MCC systems and field instrumentation and control systems.
