Container with electric part for dolomite mill

The company AUTEL has been cooperating for a long time with PSP Engineering, Přerov regarding the production of project documentation and deliveries for projects within bulk material processing industry.

At the beginning of the year, designers from AUTEL produced implementation documentation for the electric part for the dolomite mill, which PSP Engineering constructs in the company AB Dolomitas . This concerns a dolomite mill with an output of 20 t/h of limestone with a grain size of 2 – 22 mm.

After dispatching the project and the submission of the offer for the implementation, AUTEL implemented the delivery of the fully equipped container with the electric part for the mill according to the project.

This concerns engineering activities, design, programming of the Simatic S7-300 system and WinCC RT visualisation, delivery of the container with the mentioned control system, a switchboard with five fields and Sinamics converters and Simocode intelligent motor outlets. The project also includes the delivery of local control boxes to individual drives.

The container was sent in the first half of May 2017. Supervision of the assembly and consequent commissioning of the whole mill will take place up to the end of August 2017.
