Control systems for turbines in the USA

AUTEL has been awarded a contract to deliver two control systems for turbines manufactured by Siemens, s.r.o., Industrial Turbomachinery. The two turbines with the output of 35 MW and 11 MW, respectively, will generate electricity in California in the USA.

The CZK 5 million contract will be concluded by Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) prior to the end of 2016. The subsequent commissioning of the systems at the premises of the end customer – Sierra Pacific Industries, a prominent forest products company – will take place next year.
