170 MW Turbine for Kelar, Chile
The AUTEL company gained a contract worth €290t. for the “Turbine Control and Protection Systems” project at the KELAR S.A. company, Chile north of the city Antofagasta. The turbine will be supplied by the DOOSAN ŠKODA POWER, s.r.o. company, Czech Republic and operated in the Gas Fired Combined-Cycle Power Plant.
Main contract which accounts for $441m. has been given by BHP Billiton Chile company to consortium Korean Southern Power Co., Ltd (KOSPO) and Samsung C&T Corp.
